**Here’s the job opportunity**

This is a 6 month contract opportunity and as a Compliance Associate you are responsible for the administration of compliance functions within the AML program and you will lead the Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) and on-going monitoring processes including the following:

- Lead the EDD reporting and identification of policies where ongoing monitoring is required
- Research client’s information to identify high risk cases
- Report on the tasks that are completed and document finding
- Administer and research all EDD tasks and document findings by:

- searching against all databases
- assisting in reporting and research.
- analyzing transactions and keeping KYC up to date
- Assist in monthly OSFI Reporting and weekly Terrorist Searches
- Assist with High Risk and PEP Reporting
- Conduct adverse media review and screening
- Assist and organize data collection for the AML Risk Assessment
- Assist in uploading documents and organizing folders within Sharepoint

**What we are looking for**
- 5 years experience in AML compliance with a deep understanding of AML requirements and industry practices
- 2 years experience analyzing high risk data
- Collaboration, communication, and policy/procedures writing skills
- Extremely organized
- High attention to detail
- Relevant post-secondary degree
