Job Summary:
Part time
As an administrative assistant, your primary responsibility is to support the daily operations of the company. This involves performing a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Maintaining and organizing files and records.
- Inventory management.
- Inventory organization.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory levels.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Providing general administrative support as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the store.
- Assisting with ongoing tasks and goals.
- Bills and Payments
- Customer service
- Sales
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative work, customer service, and sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Work Environment:
Work at location store front
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
