**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

C&C Property is a strata property management firm based in North Vancouver that has steadily grown for 25 years. Our 15 team members are reliable and down-to-earth, with a reputation built by delivering on clearly set expectations. We are exclusively strata managers, serving strata councils - we do not provide rental management or trading (Realtor) services, though we do also hold a rental license.

**NATURE OF WORK**

The Associate Broker plays a key leadership role in the firm. He or she will be the primary person coaching strata managers, including training any new licensees, and supervising the firm’s quality of work. When strata managers have questions or concerns, they will typically turn to the Associate Broker. He or she will also be the senior face of the firm to many client properties, for example if the property has feedback on their strata manager or an issue they believe is not being properly addressed. Consequently, the Associate Broker plays a key role in the performance management of the strata managers.

The Associate Broker also manages a small-to-mid-sized portfolio of properties themselves.

Reporting to and working closely with our Managing Broker, this is an excellent opportunity to be mentored by a highly capable leader with over 10 years’ experience in the industry, and, alongside the active Owner of the business, help shape the firm in our continued growth.

The Associate Broker will support the Managing Broker and the Owner in the design and implementation of improvements to our workflow processes and technology systems.

Working hours are flexible as we trust our managers to be accountable.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

A Broker License to provide strata management services (as issued by the BC Financial Services Authority).

4+ years’ experience in strata management or its equivalent in other jurisdictions.

Legal authorization to work in Canada.
