Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

- Organize, confirm, and process guest check-ins/check-outs
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations
- Do daily checklists, reviewing and communicate to the next shift's staff
- Operate a multi-line switchboard
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Secure payment, verifying and adjusting billing as needed
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities and local interests

This is a p**art time **opportunity only for **evenings** and some **overnight **shifts. Evening shifts are 4pm - 12am and overnight shifts are 12am - 8am.
