Responsibilities:

- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
- Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports.
- Provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Process payroll and maintain employee records.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
- Utilize QuickBooks or similar software for bookkeeping tasks.
- Perform clerical tasks, such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an office administration role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial record keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
