**The opportunity**:
2) Data Liaison: The RC is expected to use prior knowledge and experience working with registry data to create detailed analysis plans pertinent to data cleaning, cohort and variable development, and mathematical modeling. The RC is expected to meet iteratively with researcher, healthcare stakeholder, and programming team members, to ensure that data analysis plans are prepared rigorously and are clearly understood by all team members. Programmer results stemming from these analyses plans should also be summarized and discussed across participating team members. This includes developing templates for creating figures and tables from data analysis output. They will communicate with programmers to ensure that analyses of these plans are conducted in a timely manner and amended as required. They will be responsible for documenting study methods, definitions, and decisions made. This will require using software tools and templates to monitor project decisions, status, and tasks. They will be expected to participate in all phases of publication that emerges from these products.

**The qualifications and experience we’re looking for**:

- Master’s degree in related discipline (e.g., Community Health Sciences) required.
- Specialized training in aging older adult care and/or statistics an asset.
- Two years of directly-related experience is required.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience using registry data to conduct research.
- Experience with statistical analysis software (SPSS, SAS, SYSTAT, R) is an asset, preferably focusing on older adult healthcare use patterns.
- Must have experience working with confidential data and engaging with health professionals / stakeholders in the long-term care sector.
- Must have prior research coordination experience, preferably within the healthcare and/or long-term care sector.
