Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, located in Bedford, Nova Scotia, is celebrating 15 years of providing world-class training in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine. The marketing and recruitment assistant will assist potential students in navigating a career in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the opportunities at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Bedford NS, and Eight Branches Academy of Eastern Medicine, Toronto, ON.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Recruiting new students
- Create Marketing Content such as videos for use on Social Media Outlets
- Responding to inquiries and following up on Leads using CRM

**Skills**
- Experience using a CRM and online platforms is considered an asset
- Experience with using Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) for Marketing
- Sales Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of alternative medicines is a plus
- Strong organizational, creative problem solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Critical thinking and attention to detail
- Self-motivated and easily adapts to new challenges and issues

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant previous experience will be considered
- Centrally located in either Bedford or Halifax Regional Municipality
- Availability to work on-site Monday - Friday 10-7 or can be discussed and the occasional weekend or evening.

**Salary**: From $35,000.00 per year
