**Location**: Westlock, AB

Are you passionate about Powersports and Marine industries, experienced in customer service, and ready to lead both the Parts and Service departments? Westlock Powersports & Marine (WPM) is seeking a Fixed Operations Manager to join our growing team in a state-of-the-art facility, an hour northwest of Edmonton on Highway 44.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Ensure consistent, excellent customer service across both departments, and manage inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly.
- **Team Leadership**: Train, supervise, and grow the Parts and Service teams, leading them through all processes from check-in to check-out.
- **Inventory Management**: Manage the parts inventory, including sourcing, stocking, and maintaining accurate levels, while collaborating with Sales & Marketing to maintain product flow.
- **Scheduling & Quality Control**: Oversee scheduling for employees and customers, dispatch technicians, and monitor quality control, especially for service tasks.
- **Financial Management**: Monitor cost efficiencies, focusing on key performance indicators, and manage the financial aspects of both departments.
- **Growth**: Develop and grow both departments, hiring new talent and overseeing their integration.
- **Showroom**: Assist with directing and guiding customers through the showroom and keep updated on promotions, deals, and product locations.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Service or Parts Manager experience is required, preferably in the automotive or powersports sector.
- **Customer Focus**: A customer-oriented approach, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- **Technical Skills**: Good knowledge of parts lookup systems, service procedures, and basic math and computer skills.
- **License**: Valid Alberta Driver's License; Boater's License is a plus.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work cohesively with the team and support them in achieving shared goals.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to multitask, adapt, and cope with challenging and changing situations.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fixed Operations Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
