The position is available for both full-time and part-time work. Our flexible schedule allows for an excellent work-life balance.

**Home Support Worker responsibilities include the following**:

- Providing personal care to clients in a professional manner
- Companionship and support in the client’s home
- Medication assistance (All our Home Support Workers will be properly trained and delegated by an in-house RN)
- Meal preparation, household management, and assisting with daily routines
- Ensuring client safety

**Requirements**:
**All applicants must have a clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check.**

**Communication**

This position requires the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Our Home
Support Workers must be able to communicate with our clients for a clear understanding of their needs.
