**SPÉCIALISTE DES COMPTES RECEVABLE**

**Tâches et responsabilités** impliquées incluent, mais sans se limiter à:

- Effectuer des tâches administratives et de bureau, telles que l’envoi de relevés mensuels, de copies de factures et de rappels de factures
- Effectuer des appels de recouvrement quotidiens aux clients pour assurer le paiement des créances impayées, ainsi que suivre l’état des comptes dans notre système ERP/PGI
- Maintenir des registres précis de tout paiement et état de compte
- Soutenir les clients avec des demandes générales via courriel et téléphone
- Enquêter activement et résoudre tout écart de facturation
- Concilier toute irrégularité dans les reçus
- Télécharger les factures sur les portails des clients et vérifier les états des paiements
- Traiter tout problème lié aux comptes recevables
- S’assurer que tout contact des comptes payables des clients soit exacts et mis à jour dans notre CRM/GRC
- Encourager les clients à payer via EFT/TFE plutôt que par chèque
- Générer des rapports de comptes recevables sur demande
- Produire des rapports de comptes recevables hebdomadaires et mensuels pour des réunions d’état interne

**Prérequis**:

- Un baccalauréat dans un domaine similaire.
- Un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience de travail pertinente.
- Des fortes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en français et en anglais.
- D’excellentes compétences en rédaction et révision.
- Une capacité à travailler sous pression et de manière autonome.
- D’excellentes capacités de planification et d’organisation.
- De l’expérience avec les systèmes CRM/GRC et PGI/ERP (un atout)

L'horaire de travail est du lundi au vendredi, de 8 h à 17 h.
