seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining our high

standards and contributing to the long-term success of our restaurant and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
Oversee Operations: Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a smooth flow and stellar

guest experiences.

Staff Supervision: Provide necessary feedback to both kitchen staff and waitstaff.

Financial Management: Prepare daily budget reports on revenue and costs.

Customer Interaction: Communicate with diners, mitigate potential conflicts, and build positive rapport.

Inventory Management: Organize and take stock of restaurant supplies.

Payroll Administration: Maintain weekly and monthly payroll for staff.

Objectives:
Smooth Flow: Oversee restaurant operations to ensure efficiency.

Positive Culture: Maintain a positive restaurant culture.

Scheduling: Create work schedules aligned with the restaurant’s needs.

Hygiene Compliance: Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations.

Employee Training: Train new employees to meet restaurant expectations.

Customer Relations: Interact with diners and build positive relationships.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven Work Experience: Demonstrated experience in a restaurant setting.

Customer Service: Strong customer service skills.

Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management.

Software Proficiency: Knowledge of restaurant management software.

Menu Expertise: Ability to memorize and explain the restaurant’s menu.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
Clear Verbal Communication: Effective communication skills.

Organization: Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Industry Awareness: Knowledge of current food and beverage trends.

Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and work as part of a team.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
