**Responsibilities**:
1. Fulfilling sales orders by efficiently coordinating with the various franchise store owners, internal team and the warehouse.

2. Ensuring all orders have been properly placed, scheduled, and delivered.

3. Assisting in preparation of regularly scheduled reports, monthly activities regarding sales volumes, sales forecasts, and other reports.

4. Greeting and assisting visitors as well as maintain office lobby and office work areas.

5. Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering office supplies.

7. Fulfilling orders for office supplies

8. Providing administrative support including entering fund raising orders and Halenda's order for outside sales.

9. Anticipating the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

10. Occasional support of duties as assigned by HR Director.

11. Maintain the corporate boardroom and kitchen area.

Qualifications:
Professional level English communication skills

Attention to detail

Basic understanding of accounting principles ie AP AR

Excellent Order Entry skills

Team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$52,500.00 per year
