Forest Grove Community Church is looking for a Financial Administrator to join our team This is a 22+ hour a week position, with flexible hours. If you love book keeping and finance, we want to hear from you.

A Description of Responsibilities and Authority:
Maintains complete and accurate records of all financial transactions of FGCC. Records all donations and other income of FGCC. Works with a financial institution to arrange deposits and payments. Facilitates all bill payments and disbursements, including staff expense reimbursements in accordance to determined policies. Prepares reports of the Church’s financial status for the Pastoral Team, Church Council, the Financial Audit Committee, and the Church Membership on a regular basis as required. Assists the Pastor of Discipleship and Council with the preparation of the annual budget for ratification by the Church membership.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
