Canada Vein Clinics is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team of professionals at our GTA clinics (Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill).

**Position Outline and Responsibilities**
- A Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for engaging with patients who have scheduled a consultation with our clinic. You will provide education regarding specific procedures that we offer to the patients at the consultation and schedule the procedures with the patients.
- We will require the Patient Care Coordinator will also be part of the procedure team, being along side the patients during the procedure, helping the procedure staff when needed, and processing payments.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Act as the point of contact for patients during the entire process from consult to procedure
- Contacting the patient prior to the consult and after the consult
- Following up with patient to meet any needs they may have
- Coordinate procedure for patients
- Increase conversion rates from consult to procedure
- Educate patients on pre and post procedure care
- Promote growth of clinic through education with family doctors and other clinics to increase referrals
- Organize small face to face events with clinics to promote and educate the company

**Qualifications needed**:

- At least **2 years sales** experience
- Prepare **a short video about your self** and how you see yourself being a good fit with us and any ideas you have that you think will be an asset to your role and the company.
- Ability to multi-task in a very busy environment, meeting scheduled
- Excellent phone manner
- Willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional manner with engaging with patients on the phone/in person
- Ability to interact with a multi disciplinary team
- Experience using AbelMed and Simms would be an asset, but not necessary
