Digital Marketing Specialist

OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Technical Skills
Search engine optimization (SEO) - advanced knowledge of SEO - the ability to create & effectively manage organic search campaigns.
Pay-per-click Advertising (PPC) - deliver profitable PPC campaigns across Google ads & paid social advertising.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) - utilize CRO to optimize marketing funnels & improve landing page conversion rates.
Data Analysis - able to measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance. Ability to dissect results & make data-driven decisions.
- nurturing content. Experience with Salesforce CRM is an asset.
Social Media Marketing - growing high-quality followers and building engagement across four main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Content Marketing - the ability to create content that is on brand, memorable, useful, and drives genuine engagement from interested audiences.
Digital PR - able to increase online presence through high-quality backlink generation, press releases, guest posting, and other initiatives that elevate status & brand exposure online.
Website CMS - skilled in managing a CMS such as WordPress or WebFlow.
HTML & CSS (asset) - make website changes, customize & perform content experiments and design landing pagACCOUNTABILITIE
Create and Execute Digital Marketing Campaigns
Develop and execute digital strategy for Durabuilt.
Responsible for planning, building, and implementing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
Ad
Copywriting & Content Creation
Perform ad copywriting and content creation to support online marketing campaigns.
Develop Visual Assets for Digital Campaigns
Ability to build out landing pages and update content on the website.
Understanding of CMS systems and ability to perform technical website optimization.
Monitor & Optimize Marketing Campaigns
Use data analytic software tools like Google Analytics to understand how web traffic is being generated and identify opportunities to advance business goals (i.e., increasing conversions or brand awareness).
Use visual design skills in combination with conversion rate optimization (CRO) to improve the performance of landing pages and drive conversions.
Communicating Results to Leadership
Prepare reports, dashboards, or presentations to demonstrate the results of your work.
Analyze campaign outcomes and show a positive return on investment from digital channels.
Responsible for meeting specific KPI targets, such as total conversions, total leads generated, etc.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION
Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Business, or other.
Additional certifications are an asset.
EXPERIENCE / CAPABILITIES
A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role.
