The Content Manager - Web and Social Media will be responsible for showcasing the company as well as creating content

**Tasks**:
Under the supervision of the executive director you would be the person responsible for web content and social media.
Be responsible for the creation, development, production and uploading of various digital content for the website and social networks (texts, photos, videos).
Work in collaboration with all departments to create content.
Develop, write and upload quality content and ensure consistency on social media.
Ensure the management, animation and monitoring of the various communities on a daily basis.
Produce a publication calendar and schedule posts on the organization's various networks (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Be present at events for the management of social networks.
Produce monthly performance reports, measure and interpret results on an ongoing basis in order to make optimization changes.
Understand the needs and objectives of the company to create appropriate content strategies.
Perform any other tasks related to content management.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communication, or any other relevant discipline.
An interesting asset - DEC or AEC in graphic design or computer graphics.
A portfolio of your best social media and video projects.
Proficiency in storyboarding (scripting, conceptualization and production).
Good knowledge of social media platforms (content creation and promotion via social channels).
Ability to research and bring innovative ideas.
Enhance and understand the brand image.
Excellent synthesis and writing skills.
Excellent bilingualism - English and French (English and French speaking clients).

Ability to handle several projects simultaneously, to manage priorities well and to work with tight deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of computer tools and digital platforms.
Recognized for their creativity, initiative, autonomy and attention to detail.
