At JRP, we don’t make promises of unrealistic commission payouts and earnings potential - these promises/earnings potentials are designed to be virtually unobtainable for most people. Why? Most sales models are not designed to see everyone succeed. Most sales environments are designed to allow for the top 5% to 10% of its chosen people to succeed, while it turns over and replaces the other 90% to 95%. Inevitably as the 90% to 95% turnover, their work goes to enrich the lives of the chosen few. Sounds like a great model that works to make a few rich, off the backs of the many.

Unfortunately, it seems like most sales jobs are a dead end for employees. But employers are ok with this, because once your employer burns you out, they are happy to see you resign (saves them severance) and they will simply insert another cog back into their wheel - and the top 5% to 10% love resignations, because guess who the hottest sales leads/opportunities go to ?

Making money and being successful will naturally occur for the right person, as a byproduct of our dedicated mentorship and industry leading training program.

This ensures the salesperson receives the highest commission payouts, along with hidden bonus and incentive packages, that clients are often completely unaware of. These mousetraps often work to enrich the salesperson at the expense of the client/customer.

And... big does not mean better - our large competitors have found themselves too big to be effective and our small competitors continue to push products at all costs as they unknowingly watch the world pass them by.
