**In this role, you will**:
- Able to host both inspection and occupancy meetings with homeowners;
- Acts as the primary point of contact and responds to all inquiries from the point of sale until closing;
- Provide superior homeowner satisfaction and builds customer loyalty;
- Prepare closing date schedule change notices;
- Assists in the coordination and implementation of Homeowner Information Sessions by managing volunteers, invitations to homeowners, presentation materials, etc. for information sessions;
- Analyzes ratings customer satisfaction surveys and statistical results to identify trends and improvement initiatives;
- Assists in monitoring survey program and adjusts to elicit the highest response rates possible;
- Provides support in operation metrics reporting on related goals and objectives to each department, Senior Management Team, etc.
- Organize and reconcile the accuracy of booking dates as laid out in team pathway and journey mapping;
- Communication with homeowners and trade partners;
- Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management.
**We would like you to have**:
- A High School Diploma is required and a College Diploma is an asset (i.e. administration or construction).
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience in the construction field.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Communication skills (listening, verbal, and written)
- Good judgment
- Team player
- Customer service focused
- Organizational skills
- Conflict resolution skills
