**About the Position**
As the Implementation Project Manager in Yapla’s professional services team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the deployment and optimization of our platform across multiple client projects. This role requires hands-on engagement with clients, ensuring that our solutions are tailored and effectively integrated into their operations to enhance productivity and user experience.
**Main Responsibilities**
- **Project Management** - Coordinate and oversee about 20 projects simultaneously, liaising with clients to ensure their satisfaction and success. Serve as the primary contact for clients by managing interactions with various team specialists such as designers and programmers throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Implementation and Configuration** - Lead the deployment of the Yapla platform according to the specific needs of each client, ensuring a seamless integration and setup process.
- **Client Training and Support** - Educate clients on the functionalities of the Yapla platform and provide ongoing support to ensure they leverage the system to its full potential.
- **Financial Monitoring** - Perform budget tracking for each project ensuring profitability and efficient resource management.
- **Sales** - Contribute to the sales efforts of professional services with the goal of helping our clients save time.
- **Platform Improvement** - Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the platform.
**Required Qualifications**
- **University Degree** - University degree in a relevant field such as project management, computer science, management, or equivalent.
- **Location** - Residence in Quebec to facilitate coordination with the team.
- **Web Agency Experience** - Significant professional experience in agency settings or in a similar environment, where multitasking and project time management were required.
- **ERP Skills** - Proven experience in the implementation and management of ERP systems, preferably in contexts similar to that of Yapla. Good knowledge of Excel is required.
- **Bilingualism** - Perfect fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele and colleagues.
- **Interpersonal Skills** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- **Client Satisfaction Management** - Ability to understand and anticipate client needs to continuously improve their experience and maximize satisfaction.
- **Autonomy and Initiative** - Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, while taking initiatives to solve problems and propose improvements.
