**_ Operations Manager_**
**Overall Responsibilities**:
Responsible for overall performance and operations of Woodstock facility. Ensure operational targets are met in an efficient and manner throughout all departments. Oversee staffing, development, and direction of the management team to drive the growth of production, revenue and the quality of goods produced in the facility. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, department managers to ensure the integration of strategic plans within the plant facilities.
**Accountabilities**:
- Operate the Woodstock facility to meet or exceed all local, Provincial and Federal regulatory requirements; attain.
the necessary quality environmental designations to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Responsible for refining and implementing health and safety policies.
- Lead team to achieve annual business plan targets for Woodstock approved by AMTB’S Senior Leadership Team
- Establish operating equipment and processes to deliver quality products to customers, on time, to position Woodstock.

- Attract, retain, and motivate a leadership team and skilled workforce to support long term stability and growth.

- Oversee and make decisions on Woodstock's labour planning and production scheduling,

- Leads production meetings and update staff on production demands, quality statistics and safety concerns.
- Fulfill all Health and Safety & Environmental responsibilities as identified in the HSE Management Standards, OHSAS 18001,
and ISO 14001 Management Systems.
- Ensure QMS conforms to the requirements identified in IATF 16949 and AMTB Process Map.
- Fulfill all responsibilities as identified in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Automotive in a similar role
