Position: Chiropractic Receptionist

Location: Oakville, ON

Job Type**:PERMANENT Part-time - (*NOT SUITABLE FOR STUDENTS*)**

**MUST HAVE OWN CAR AND LIVE IN OAKVILLE DUE TO SPLIT SHIFTS**

Hours: Monday, Wednesday and Friday; 8am to 12pm AND 3pm to 6pm (21 hours/week)

Salary (based on $18/hour)

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and collect payments
- Maintain patient records and files
- Assist with office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office preferred
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of office software
- Experience with PMP Patient Management software preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have own car and live in Oakville because of split shifts

Expected hours: 21 per week
