Oakdale Child and Family Services is currently hiring for a Child Youth Worker (CYW1) for our clients (Ages 4-35) located in Midhurst, Ontario for various Shifts, Full-Time.
**- ACCOUNTABLE TO THE HOUSE SUPERVISOR, MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTOR**
**- ATTEND ALL MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS WITH PRIMARY CLIENTS**
**- REGULAR DOCUMENTATION AND REPORT WRITING**
**- ABLE TO ASSIST WITH CLIENTS PERSONAL HYGIENE REQUIREMENTS, DAILY LIVING SKILLS SUPPORT, AND SOME LIFTING AS REQUIRED**
**- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS INCLUDING WEEKENDS**
**- COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AND WORK AS PART OF A TEAM**
**- ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN PROFESSIONAL MEETINGS WITH AGENCIES AND SCHOOLS**
**- HAVE WELL DEVELOPED REPORT WRITING SKILLS.**
**- MEDICATION DISPENSING**
**- ABILITY TO FOLLOW AND UPHOLD OAKDALE’S POLICIES AND PROCEDURES**

**-- VALID NVCI, SMG, CPR/FIRST AID CERTIFICATIONS WOULD BE AN ASSEST. WILLING TO COMPLETE AS REQUIRED**
**- MUST HAVE “G” LICENCE AND WILLING TO DRIVE COMPANY VEHICLES**

Pay: $20.30-$21.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
