Overview:
**Position Summary**:
The Account Manager, Photofinishing Division is responsible for the day to day account management for national retail chains, pureplay (on-line) accounts as well as other independent and professional Fujifilm account classes. Key responsibilities include executing sales strategies and programs, managing sales leads, business plan development, and sales analysis to ensure the profitable short and long-term growth of our photofinishing product lines.

**Position Responsibilities**:
Sales Activities & Objectives
- Assist the VP in setting growth sales objectives in National Accounts, Pureplay Accounts, and new channels.
- Responsible for meeting established sales, margin, and profit objectives for account base.
- Conduct sales calls to new and existing customers to promote Fujifilm’s products and services and grow profitable business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to new and existing customers to generate new business.
- Investigate and resolve problems concerning pricing, shipping schedules, credit discrepancies etc.
- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring timely communication of product and technical knowledge.
- Co-ordinate and participate in product demonstrations to ensure customer expectations are effectively managed.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of products offered, including production processes to drive sales with key customers.
- Understand Fujifilm’s goals and participate in the implementation of strategies across accounts.

Planning & Forecasting
- Assist in the development of business plans including budget and sales goals for your account base.
- Monitor progress toward goals during the year and make necessary adjustments to reach objectives.
- Maintain sales forecasts and monitor forecasts to actual figures.
- In partnership with the VP, utilize sales strategies and tactics for products and services offered by Fujifilm (territory planning, account classification analysis, account penetration analysis).
- Capture comprehensive meeting notes after every customer meeting and distribute internally within a reasonable timeframe.
- Assist with account receivable collections when required.

Manage Customer Relationship
- Develop in-depth knowledge of industry and customer base.
- Interact regularly with customers to establish a clear understanding of their business needs and to maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate the resolution of customer issues by effectively communicating to relevant internal parties and following up in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the selling of all Fujifilm products/services to appropriate customer groups, including participating in negotiating sales to existing and newly identified customers; develop prospective customer lists.
- Relay information on competitor activity received during field sales to appropriate Fujifilm management in a timely manner.
- Manage customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade fairs and shows, as required.

Customer Promotions
- In coordination with Marketing and the business plan, implement promotional sales tactics utilizing appropriate mediums.
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales promotions.

Qualifications:
**Skills / Education**:

- 5+ years account management, business development or sales experience working with Major Retailers or National Accounts.
- Post-secondary education in Business or Marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus.
- Must be people and team oriented and have demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing.
- Goal oriented with the ability to develop sales strategies and achieve established targets through self-motivation, persistence, and determination.
- Effectively manage day to day tasks and activities and work independently with limited supervision.
- Detail oriented, with sound organizational, problem solving, analytical and reporting skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to make sound business decisions and well-developed analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English & French considered a strong asset.
