**Summary**: We are seeking an experienced Tax Accounting Manager to join our finance team. The Tax Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing all tax-related functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws, and optimizing tax strategies to minimize liabilities. This role requires strong financial acumen, in-depth tax knowledge, and excellent leadership skills.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of all tax returns, including federal, state, and international tax filings.
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize the company's overall tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax provisions, and disclosures for external financial reporting in accordance with accounting and tax regulations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and efficient tax department operations.
- Manage tax audits and examinations by tax authorities, including coordinating with external auditors and legal counsel as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, conduct research on complex tax issues, and provide guidance on their impact on the organization.
- Develop and oversee transfer pricing strategies and documentation to ensure compliance with international tax regulations.
- Identify and optimize opportunities for tax credits, incentives, and deductions to reduce the company's tax burden.
- Assess and manage tax-related risks and ensure the company's tax strategy aligns with risk tolerance.
- Collaborate with other departments, including legal, finance, and operations, to address tax implications in business decisions and transactions

**Skills**:

- Bachelor Degree in Commerce or Accounting
- 9+ years of accounting experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in order to research and escalate issues
- Strong organizational and time management skills in order to prioritize competing demands and meet deadlines
- Strong English communication skills, verbal and written

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57.69 per hour

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
