**Service Advisor**

Ottawa Goodtime Centre is seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented, service department advisor. This position is the face of our service department and the liason between our service customers and our technicians.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Greet customers and create detailed workorders to ensure accurate work by our technicians.
- Following up with customers with updates and quotes.
- Closing workorders
- Scheduling service appointments

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to multi-task, and capable of working in a fast pace environment.
- Reasonable computer skills and strong organizational skills are required.
- Previous mechanical exposure experience required.
- Motorcycle mechanical knowledge & French are strong assets but not required.
- This is a retail store; therefore this person must have the ability to work full-time retail hours, including evenings and Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Mechanical Exposure: 1 year (required)
- Multitasking in a High Pace situation: 1 year (required)
