**We are currently recruiting for a full-time Project Manager Assistant in our Restoration Division. This position will be based out of our Bolton office and requires regular travel throughout the GTA.**

**THE POSITION**
- Assist with the creation of project budgets
- Assist in writing scopes and issuing PO's
- Sending and receiving tender packages
- Assist with material selection and material delivery
- Assist in dealing with site issues
- Potential to run small projects
- Use required software to input project scopes in to estimates
- Other duties as required

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong construction knowledge
- Experience working in or with the trades considered an asset
- Access to own vehicle and a good driving record is required
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic with an attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Able to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as a team
- Knowledge of Xactimate is an asset
