**What you'll do**:
Our Concierge is the first point of contact for our clients, both over the phone and in-office.

You will be energetic, enthusiastic, detail oriented and relentlessly committed to service. We need you to help make the team more effective and efficient. This position requires high-level administrative expertise with a willingness to pitch in and do what’s needed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

**This position is required for our office in Sarnia, Ontario.**

**Responsibilities, including but not limited to**:

- Greet and welcome clients and partners into our office as they arrive. Show them in, offer them a beverage and ensure they receive 5-star service from the moment they step into the office.
- Update and maintain individual calendars for our sales team, including workflow planning and coordination. Prioritize meeting requests working pro-actively to identify and mitigate schedule conflicts
- Manage information of the highest level of confidentiality.
- Greet and assist clients and partners calling the office. You will be the primary reception of phone traffic and must be willing and able to probe callers on their goals and objectives in order to properly match them with the correct individual.
- Maintain adequate office supplies for all departments, replenish and organize when necessary.
- Other clerical duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Available to work Monday through Friday 10:00am-5:00pm. This may change to 9:00am-5:00pm.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player.
- Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure.
