The Cake Decorator is responsible for carrying out the full range of duties of the position in a professional, responsible, accurate and timely fashion. The Cake Decorator will deliver exceptional customer service, foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.

Reporting to the Bakery Manager, your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Recipe for Success**
- Bring a positive attitude every day
- Greeting customers and assisting them with questions and recommendations
- Takes and fills bakery orders for customers
- Answers customers’ questions about food ingredients, cake designs and other aspects of the baked goods
- Arranges baked goods in the display cases and on shelves and counters
- Makes certain that displays are filled with products and not low on merchandise or empty
- Ensures that work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment, and floors
- Follows all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies
- Performing any additional duties assigned by the Department Managers

**Experience**:

- You have an impeccable level of cleanliness, attention to detail and organization
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt well to shifting priorities
- You are highly self-motivated and work well under mínimal supervision
- You possess strong customer service skills
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You work well with others in a high-pressure environment
- Previous work experience is a plus but not required. If you are willing to learn, we are eager to train you with the skills you need to succeed
- You can work on your feet up to 8 hours in a day
- **You have a valid work authorization (i.e., work permit, student permit, PR) in Canada**

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
