**About the Job**

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our team in Canada. You will be responsible for driving sales and brand awareness in our retail stores. You'll also be the representative for our brands for all stores in the Eastern Canada area. We'll count on you to drive sales and brand awareness through in-store activations and events, educating customers and store staff on product offerings. Managing administrative duties such as KPIs and sales reporting will also be required.

**Responsibilities**
- Be our brand representative for our in store retailers, building excitement and awareness about the brands.
- Develop and execute in-store activations and events, including promotions, GWPs, and sampling.
- Ensure in-store compliance with visual merchandising briefs and brand standards.
- Educate store staff on the brand's product offerings and provide ongoing training support to boost brands sell out.
- Manage administrative duties such as tracking KPIs and reporting on in-store sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store managers.
- Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.

**Your Profile**
- 1+ year in beauty sales, instore retail merchandising or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- A passion for and thorough understanding of the beauty industry
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
