Ils sont à la recherche d'un.e Gestionnaire des ventes pour accroître leur équipe. Tu seras responsable de superviser l'équipe de vente et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente innovantes. Tu joueras également un rôle décisif dans l’acquisition de nouveaux clients à travers une stratégie d’appels sortants qui proposent une large gamme de solutions de marketing numérique (conception Web, SEO, PPC, médias sociaux, contenu) aux petites et moyennes entreprises de tous les secteurs au Canada, en Amérique du Nord et à l’international.

**À quoi ressemblera ton quotidien?**
- Gérer la performance quotidienne de l'équipe de vente des Conseiller Digitaux Senior (SDC) et des représentants en développement d’affaire (BDR)
- Coacher vos subordonnées directes en stratégie de ventes, gestion des pipelines, gestion des opportunités et planification/développement de carrière.
- Mobiliser, motiver et inspirer l’équipe de vente locale, en mettant l’accent sur l’inclusivité et une culture de vente « éthique et gagnante ».
- Participer activement à la gestion de tous les aspects de notre stratégie d’acquisition de client.
- Réaliser les objectifs de croissances trimestriels et annuels.
- Fournir une prévision précise des résultats des ventes et une gestion continue des activités de ventes.
- Créer une culture centrée sur les clients et assurer un processus de vente établissant une pérennité des clients et une éthique saine centrée sur le client.
- Assurer le suivi de l’assiduité de l’équipe (présence, assiduité, performance).
- Élaborer et exécuter des plans stratégiques de développement.
- Formation ponctuelle des équipes.
- Participer aux entrevues pour recruter les nouveaux membres de l’équipe.
- Assumer la responsabilité des activités de vente de l’équipe dans les systèmes de vente : Hubspot, Dialpad, Pandadoc...

**Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe**:

- Expérience bien établie de gestion d’une équipe de ventes
- Une expérience dans une industrie dynamique / à volume élevé est préférable ; expérience dans l'identification de clients potentiels par le biais de divers canaux de marketing
- Succès dans la vente sur le marché B2B et dépassement des objectifs de revenus
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et français (Parlé et écrit)
- Compétences de coaching
- Connaissances et expérience en marketing numérique : SEO, PPC, médias sociaux, marketing de contenu, développement Web, services de commerce électronique
- Expérience dans l'élaboration de stratégies de vente
- Une expérience sur le marché américain, un plus
- Capacité à créer et à maintenir une culture de vente saine
- Aisance à gérer les changements, esprit d’amélioration continue
- Expérience et connaissance pratique des CRM (Hubspot)
