Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to manage a team of Salespeople focused on New Business within the SMB segment.
They're in the Marketing industry and are open to anyone with B2B Sales Management experience -- regardless of the industry.
This company is growing extremely fast and offers a lot of room for growth.
At a glance:
- Location: Monday to Friday in the office in Brossard, QC
- $100,000 base salary + $40,000 commissions, uncapped
- Benefits: health, dental, vision for you and your family, office gym,
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily activities of the Sales team (New Business)
- Coach & motivate direct reports
- Achieve targets
- Forecast & reporting
You:
- Experience managing a B2B sales team
- English native or similar, French a plus
Requirements:
- 5 days/week in the office in Brossard, QC
- Fluent English
- B2B Sales Management experience
- Can start fairly rapidly
