We are looking to hire a National QSHE Compliance Manager to be based out of our Toronto office. This role will require some travel to our various site locations across Canada.
- ** Your Role **:As National QSHE Manager you will ensure the execution of our global/ regional policies and processes at a national level. You will ensure that the QSHE and quality management system remain compliant in accordance with Kuehne+Nagel ISO, cGMP, regulatory and client requirements in support of our various departmental verticals across Canada including 3PL Pharma Healthcare logistics services. This position reports to the National Quality and Certification Manager.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:

- Support and lead activities ensuring that the QSHE and quality management system remains compliant
- Establish GMP related documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs) where applicable.
- Lead the audit management program for our internal and external clients.
- Review and update audit tools.
- Monitor and support the vendor management program including approved vendor list, qualification process and establishing vendor quality technical agreements.
- Support the development and delivery of training programmes in areas such as ISO, GxP and HACCP, root cause analysis investigations, change management, risk management, audit preparation and conduct.
- Lead and maintain the GxP Change Control process supporting our business units.
- Support the Goal Reporting/Metrics and Trend Review Process
- Lead risk assessment and improvement initiatives with business units based on customer claims
- Remain current with all applicable quality compliance requirements (ISO, GxP & HACCP)
- Participate in ISO and pharmaceutical industry meetings / symposia, to establish industry relationships, leverage industry best practices and benchmarking, stay up to date with trends, and implement action plans to address potential ISO/GMP compliance impact.
- Act as proxy and back up for the Director, QSHE Compliance in their absence and offer guidance to team members.

**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- 8+ years industry experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control/ and 3 years of management experience in a leadership or process management role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years industry experience in Medical Device/Pharmaceutical distribution
- 2+ years industry experience with Food Safety Management in a distribution setting preferred
- Proficiency in Quality Management systems and standards (i.e. GMP, ISO 13485, 14001, 90001, 180001, 22000)
- Experience with warehouse inventory management systems.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of Canadian GMP's, GDP's, Federal and Provincial regulations and guidelines
- Lean Six Sigma Training (Yellow/Green Belt) preferred.
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Quality Assurance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 25-35% of travel will be required across Canada.
