Job Description:
Kovatera is currently recruiting for the position of Service Executive Assistant to work out of Sudbury, Ontario. This individual would be responsible for Service-related duties such opening/closing work orders and balancing time and payroll. They would be also responsible in tracking warranty claims and following up on service backorders.

Responsibility & Work Activities:

- Answer phone calls and help scheduling of service personnel for customer requirement
- Processing service reports and balancing timesheets
- Creating and updating service work orders
- Process and invoicing service work orders
- Create packing slips and arrange parts shipment to customers
- Follow up on back orders and component cores
- Creating, updating and following up warranty claims
- Perform administrative duties including organizing and filing
- Prepare flight plans and travel arrangements

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully and professionally at all times
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal skills & outstanding communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Reporting directly to the Service Manager.
