**Position**

Habitat for Humanity Edmonton (Habitat Edmonton) is seeking a full-time Homeowner Services Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Homeowner Services department.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the Homeowner Services team.
- Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems to ensure organized records.
- Provide office management support, including managing stationery and other supplies.
- Maintain insurance tracker to ensure valid insurance is obtained or received for all vacant and occupied homes.
- Update/maintain family contact information and homeowners’ files accurately.
- Assist in the annual review of homeowner incomes.
- Efficiently process financial transactions, ensuring accurate recording and timely deposit of funds received.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Senior Manager and Assistant Manager.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Technical**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Personal**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand, negotiate and set priorities.
- Display patience and understanding to all clients and potential clients from many different backgrounds (cultural, religious, and life experiences).
- Approach all people with kindness, respect and a non-judgmental attitude.
