**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensuring company policies are followed.
- Optimizing profits by controlling costs.
- Assist in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing new employees.
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Abides by The Pearle Hotel and Pearle Hospitality Policies and Procedures Guide and holds members of staff to the same standards.
- Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with all spa employees.
- Maintains a pulse on current Spa trends.
- Organizes and attends training sessions.
- Practices exceptional customer service skills and ensures that all team members are doing the same.
- Dependable work ethic
- Willing to deliver the best service and experience to our guests.
- Courteous, discreet, and professional demeanor
- Maintains an overall management style that follows company best practices.
- Communicates regularly and effectively with the spa manager.
- Awareness of personal strengths and areas for professional development; acts independently to improve and increase skills and knowledge

**What we would like you to bring to the position**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience as an Spa Manager in a luxury spa or a well-established SPA brand
- Passionate about the Spa world
- Fluency in English, with strong verbal communication skills is essential
- Strong working knowledge of Book4Time software
- **Leadership**: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate a team, and create a positive culture
- **Communication**: Exceptional communication skills, ability to provide clear and effective direction to the Spa team. Listen attentively to guest's questions, able to decisively resolve issues.
- **Organization**: Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks as necessary. Able to remain poised under pressure.
- **Personable**: Positive and proactive attitude, and demonstrates the following qualities; flexibility, dependability, and highly team and service oriented. Exhibits genuine and thoughtful hospitality in all interactions.
- **Flexible schedule**: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs, including evenings, weekend, and holidays.
