Operations & Experience Lead

The Operations & Experience lead runs the day-to-day operations and customer experience at Provincial. The Operations & Experience lead will oversee and execute three key areas of the business that include Tasting House, Events & Direct To Consumer. This role is for an individual that looks to keep things moving in a streamlined and organized manner.

Provincial is a ready-to-enjoy cocktail company in Port Coquitlam, B.C. We manufacture premium real juice cocktails in houses. We have an amazing 30 seat tasting house, online store, and special events tap truck. The operational & experience lead will be in charge of overseeing these areas weekly.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Well-organized and comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Highly committed to a premium level of quality in everything they do. A solutions provider committed to a vision of experience to create an ultimate customer experience whatever the area may be.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Is a people person with the ability to relate professionally to all levels of staff, management, clientele, suppliers, and partners. Ability to handle conflicting deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks. This position will remain open until filled. Management experience is not required, however, would be considered as an asset.

**Duties Include**:
Manage staff, train, schedule, and monitor staffing levels and in-house communication with our team in the tasting house. Oversee the overall tasting house experience.

Oversee operations and ensure all team members are equipped with the tools they need to do their job.

Schedule all shifts for Tasting House, Events, and DTC employees.

Approve and monitor time tracking and labor costing

Updating systems POS, Inventory, Order systems and Online Order systems.

Update Project management systems

Ordering, Inventory, and management of suppliers and ordering for all channels.

Prep and prepare daily stock for Tasting House, Events, and DTC inventory needs.

Prep and prepare the tap truck events checklist for events. Liaison with the team to ensure everything is stocked and ready to roll.

Monitor customer communication in regard to areas that you are overseeing. Respond to customer experience needs and solve customer solutions.

Contact customers with issues to help assist in the customer experience.

Partner with the Head of Digital to ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.

Keep the facility “Show Worthy” everyday in every way.

Weekly reporting and a weekly recap of performance as well as weekly 1on1 with the CEO.

All work will be performed in accordance with all government laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the company operates.

All routine work will be documented in an operations manual. The information included in the operations manual is proprietary.

All work will be performed according to company policies and standards inherent in all position contracts, system action plans, employee manuals, ongoing policy memoranda, and facilities and dress codes.

Client and company information will be held strictly confidential outside the company.

Yearly Salary: $40,000

Vacation: 3 weeks a year or as needed.
Full Time: Monday to Friday
