Given that this is a startup, you will be expected to work with limited resources. You will be expected to work with external contractors and at times, take on junior-level marketing tasks until the department grows to a larger size under your leadership.

We are looking for an full-time inventory manager to assist our seventeen locations in the Calgary region. Your responsibilities will be the following:

- **Inventory Fulfillment**_ **(20%)**
- _Be hands on - own inbound and outbound order management across eCommerce and Retail channels from picking, packing, and fulfillment; setting internal KPIs for accuracy and efficiency_
- **Inventory Management & Control**_ **(50%)**
- Develop & maintain systems that support inventory management and control (including RepairQ: Barcoding, adding new Skus for phone cases and repair parts)
- Create and work on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relevant to the Inventory Team and coach team members on changes towards these procedures.
- **Buying & Merchandising**_ **(15%)**
- Develop processes that support buying through data analysis to assist in making purchasing decisions
- Build merchandising framework with supportive trend analysis to identify popular merchandise
- **Employee Development**_ **(15%)**
- Provide training, coaching, and feedback to Inventory Team to maximize productivity and foster an environment of learning
- Foster a culture of continuous improvements and driving results through utilizing formal development tools and reviewing employee’s individual performance
- Manage the Inventory Team’s employee lifecycle through hiring, onboarding, training, developing, retaining, and terminating as required

You must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese/Cantonese. There is a 90 day probationary period to evaluate your fit. Once you have mastered the basics, a performance review will be given to determine your ability and assess pay increase.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
