**Job Overview**

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting with various aspects of project functions including, scheduling, order entry, service parts processing, information research, data entry, maintaining various spreadsheets and document archive. This position is responsible for preparing purchase orders for project installation, providing client support, and provides a supporting role for the Project Managers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Processing of all single order paperwork
- Create purchase orders.
- Verify the information on the Project Information Sheet for Start Up meetings.
- Confirm suites required for each delivery to ensure that we are ordering the proper suites
- Create document package for the onsite measuring team.
- Logging all countertop invoices to track the work that has been completed before the invoice is processed for payment.
- Directly responsible to ensure company policies and procedures are followed when placing orders for production
- Generate product order from project specification paperwork
- Assist with contacting job sites to schedule deliveries.
- Directly responsible for communicating with project managers to confirm product and timelines.
- Issue purchase orders for door products required.
- Prepare production order paperwork
- Ensure problems are escalated effectively so that jobs remain within timelines.
- Any other job related duties as requested by supervisor
- Track progress of each job to ensure that orders are being measured, ordered and confirmed on time and verify that the doors will be ready.
- Process all deficiency service items from the site inspection reports.
- Facilitate a satisfactory resolution
- Update the Project Forecasting weekly
- Maintain the ERC Fully Assembled Installation Schedule
- Fill out new job information on the Installation Reports, Forecasting and Daily Job Tracking spreadsheets
- Generate consumption reports for inventory control including projected delivery dates and quantity of deliveries quoted for Procurement.
- Track any extra Purchase Orders or any “Extras” to the contract to ensure complete invoicing
- Follow all Euro-Rite policies and procedures as outlined in the policy manual and any other company communication

**Qualifications**
- Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with our retail, professional and commercial clients
- Previous experience in coordinating aspects of the multi-family construction environment an asset.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Knowledge of cabinet design and installation process an asset
- High level of organizational and analytical skills with a strong focus on follow up
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.

**Salary**: $40,542.57-$79,249.30 per year
