**Marketing Coordinator (Agriculture)**

Aquilini welcomes applicants for a **Marketing Coordinator **position at our Pitt Meadows farm that is currently open.

Duties and job functions the coordinator will perform include:

- Coordinate our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our farm.
- Work closely with senior Aquilini marketing professionals to grow the fruit brand and to increase the industry exposure of our fresh and IQF fruit using social media and other marketing channels.
- Produce ads, e-newsletters, brochures, websites, videos, and other marketing tools and tactics with our team.
- Research, create, edit, and distribute newsletters, press releases, brochures, blogs, tweets, videos, or other marketing materials.
- Work directly with clients and respond to inquiries from around the world, including buyers, wholesalers, brokers, and retailers to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze research data, interpret results, and design summary reports.
- Support feasibility studies and business development strategies
- Support the marketing leadership through the execution of Marketing Campaigns.

Qualifications:

- Possess a Business, Economics or Agriculture degree or diploma.
- Knowledge of Excel and how to create spreadsheets.
- Knowledge of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
- A sincere interest in agriculture and farming is necessary. Knowledge of agricultural issues from an industry or farming perspective would be beneficial.
- Team player who takes direction well and gets the job done on deadline with mínimal supervision.

**Salary**: This is an hourly position with projected annual earnings of about $48,000.

**Salary**: $46,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
