**About**: Ishru Foods is an innovative product and Food solution provider dealing with additives, preservatives, and new food technological solutions for food manufacturing industries. Ishru Foods Inc. is an exciting, high-growth distribution company in the rapidly evolving food technology space and we are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ambitious individual to join our team in an Entry-Level B2B sales and marketing position in Food Manufacturing and Service Industry with opportunity for rapid advancement into high paying executive positions.

A Sales representative is a person who manages relationships with customers. They act as a bridge between the company and the buyers. From marketing the product to convincing the customers and making the sales happen, a salesperson plays a great role. Owing to this important role to play, they are expected to have great communication skills. They must monitor market trends, solicit leads, develop strategies to reach the right decision-makers, and able to create opportunities at the smallest openings possible. It's on their part to work with the client and develop more awareness of what the company offers.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Selling products and services using strong arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Conceptualizing strategies to solicit leads, generate sales, and deliver a superior customer service experience.
- Performing analysis concerning cost-benefit for existing and potential customers
- Maintaining positive relations with the customers to ensure future sales.
- Identifying new sales and marketing strategies and finding solutions/methods to promote business.
- Keep a track of trends and monitor competition products for market search.
- Actively approach targeted business clients.

**Requirements/Eligibility Criteria**:

- Having prior experience in B2B Accounts.
- Able to succeed with challenges of roles and designing appropriate solution strategies.
- Great communication skills and decision-making quality.
- Capable of choosing actions that give the best outcome.
- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and should be fluent in English
- Capable of working in a team environment and also should be self-motivated.
- Personal mode of Vehicle is required.
- B2B sales experience in the food industry is a bonus.

**Salary**: $36,000 - 42,0000 per annum plus commissions, bonuses, and perks.
