The Contact Centres handle all inbound and outbound calls for sales, service, and retention. We provide 24x7 service support to our customers in Ontario and Western Provinces. A multiple site organization, teams work across sites in both project and day to day operations.

What will you do?
- Manual entry of call centre sales
- Manual administration of customer letters
- Delivery of basic reporting
- Administrative tasks required
- To be knowledgeable of all Data Entry procedures regarding proper verification of documents, input and research of customer information and adherence to schedule in order to achieve department goals and objectives
- Provides a high standard of customer service

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to learn new functions and concepts quickly and efficiently
