**Principal Accountabilities**:
- In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:_
- Support the execution of the regional marketing plans through communication briefs and cross-functional briefing presentations, and providing strategic feedback on specific marketing campaigns
- Responsible for internal review of marketing campaigns, to ensure they adhere to brand standards & legal regulations, and developing communication for the field to ensure proper understanding of marketing promotions and flawless execution
- Liaison with cross-functional teams, developing strong relationships to lead, persuade and listen to support the execution of marketing campaigns and launches, facilitating and influencing the cross-functional team and managing the collaborative process (Ops, Deployment, Restaurant Execution & Comms, Supply Chain, Legal, Menu, Owned Channels - CRM/Retail)
- Responsible to work alongside agency partners to bring local marketing plans & initiatives to life for specific Owner Operators to meet business goals and demands
- Administrative responsibility for two boards. Tasks include but not limited to; meeting bookings, managing calendar invites, taking meeting minutes and sending out post meeting notes.
- General support of admin duties: billing, file management, internal communications, research, organizing and project background information.
**Qualifications**
- _ Experience: _
- 2-3 years of marketing experience in consumer retail or service marketing
- Digitally savvy with understanding in how to reach consumers in a world where we need to earn attention.
- Creative thinker that is customer focused.
- _ Education: _Degree in Marketing preferred.
- _ Collaboration and communication: _Strong written and verbal communication skills to act as a liaison, work efficiently, listen effectively, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- _ Self-starter: _Takes initiative to work independently on day-to-day priorities and planning for future needs with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to think ahead and anticipate issues, creative problem solver, and critical thinker.
- _ Agility: _Must have good organizational skills, be detailed-oriented, and can prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Thrives in a highly fast-paced environment.
- _ Technical skills: _Proven Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
