Professional Cleaning, Repairs and Maintenance

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Carpet & Upholstery Technician. This role offers the opportunity to be cross-trained in various aspects of our services, including cleaning, equipment repairs, rug washing, carpet repairs and alterations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning**: Perform high-quality cleaning of carpets, upholstery, and other surfaces using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
- **Equipment Repairs**: Troubleshoot and repair cleaning equipment as needed to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- **Rug Washing**: Clean and maintain rugs using appropriate methods and products to preserve their quality and appearance.
- **Repairs & Alterations**: Carry out repairs and alterations on rugs and carpets.
- **Cross-Training**: Be willing to learn and perform various tasks across all areas of the business, including both cleaning and repair services.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- **Full G Driver's License**: Valid and clean driving record is essential for transporting equipment and traveling to job sites.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- **Positive Attitude**: A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- **Customer Service Experience**: Prior experience in customer service is required, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in carpet and upholstery cleaning, equipment repair, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
