The Business Integration and Communications Department provides expertise in change management, business integration and internal communications to the Member and Client Relations Division, a large team of 2,500 employees including 200 managers.

As a communication and change integration advisor, you help promote the organization's projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications and sharing them with managers and employees in the Member and Client Relations Division.

You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization's objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and detailed knowledge of your line of business. Coordination is critical. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Main responsibilities- Coordinate the planning, design, and execution of the steps in developing, implementing, and updating various change management and communication initiatives and ensure that they meet client needs. Analyze results, benefits and service quality and adjust the intervention plan as needed- Advise and support clients, develop communication plans and implement strategies, activities, programs, and internal and external communication tools in line with the business plan- Design and deploy solutions by developing client communication tools and write texts and articles. Edit texts and proofread a variety of written materials- Help develop orientations, policies and standards for the unit or its clients- Organize events, programs, special projects, and communications activities targeting various audiences- Represent the unit and Desjardins when interacting with partners, external organizations, and various committees, and monitor communications- Support your unit and its clients by developing communication tools for strategic files or communications activities and act as an expert resource for the division's teams- Work with promoters to develop change integration strategies to prioritize based on level by identifying preparations, communications, development, post-rollout, and assessment activities- Coordinate and assist in achieving change management strategy deliverables- Coordinate and assist in executing and monitoring change rollouts- Coordinate the assessment of the change integration level.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or in a related field- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience- Relevant strategic communications experience in a large organization- Relevant change management experience in a large organization (an asset)- Experience in Human Resources (an asset)

Specific knowledge- Expertise in creating and executing communication plans and tools- Proficiency in writing communications- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft 365- Proficiency in change management tools and methods (an asset)
