**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Vice President and the Director of Operations, the Site Manager will work closely with company senior management on strategizing, planning, and executing company vision and direction. The Site Manager will oversee site operations in all aspects related to providing optimum level of service, as well as effective direction and guidance to the team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repair activities;
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations;
- Manage inventory and order necessary supplies;
- Align the cultural behaviours of the team with the company values;
- Implement and manage yearly site level Business Plans;
- Monitor hourly team development & training;
- Maintain a close relationship with the Team Members & mentor Leadership;
- Manage site budgets and financial obligations;
- Ensure operational policies and regulatory compliances are adhered to;
- Perform data-entry and maintain accurate records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System);
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships;
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers;
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner;
- File reports and documentation as required;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ Years of experience in facility management;
- 7+ Years of experience in a supervisory role;
- Industrial experience is considered an asset;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ontario Class 'G' Driver's License;
- Commute to the Woodstock, ON site;
- Computer proficiency in data-entry and CMMS;
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships;
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
