Office Receptionist and Child Care

We are looking for an employee to join our team at Whistle Bare Campground. In this position, you would be working 30 to 44 hours a week. You would be scheduled to work most weekends. During the interview process, please let us know what time you will need off in the summer.
The job is a combination of Office, Childcare, Housework and Grounds. This job includes, but is not limited to the following:
Childcare & Housework - I have 2 children, aged 8 and 11 years old. I also have a 1 year old dog names S'more. The dog is a friendly lab, retriever, and aussie sheppard mix. The office and house are attached. There is a large area around the house that has an invisible fence for S'more. You can take the kids on bike rides, swimming (depending on your comfort levels with kids and water), to events in the campground, to the playground or to play in the backyard. Once the children and I begin to know you, there may be the opportunity to take them on trips to places like Rock Climbing, Sky Zone, Skate Park with their Bikes, Splash Pad, Library, Dog Park, and local Campgrounds we are affiliated with. The kids and I have a large selection of boardgames, they enjoy playing video games (especially Zelda), and like watching Lilo and Stitch, and One Piece. The children have been signed up for lots of camp this summer.
Some examples of housework include Cleaning, sorting, sweeping, dishes, laundry and other tasks.
Grounds - These is only a little grounds work done in this position. That might include: Working in the flowerbeds. Cleaning the shop. Preparing the Picnic area for rentals. Cleaning the Golfcart. Delivering firewood. Sweeping the garage. If the employee would like to do more outside/grounds work, opportunities can be provided to them.
**Skills**:
- Office skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service to campers, storage clients and visitors.
- Customer support: Ability to address customers' questions or concerns in a professional manner
- Proofreading: Attention to detail when reviewing documents or forms
- Data entry: Accurate data entry of child information into electronic systems
You would be required to have a drivers license and a reliable means of getting to the campground.
