**Salary**: $2,626.89 to $3,448.73 bi-weekly ($68,561 to $90,011/year)

**Role Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Program Management and Integration’s Reporting Manager, the Divisional Correspondent Analyst will support communication, issues management, and strategic decision-making in the Program Management and Integration branch (Branch) and Capital Projects Delivery Division (Division).

The primary responsibilities of the Divisional Correspondent Analyst include (but are not limited to):

- Analyze and interpret program data and other information to identify practices that may be contributing or detracting from the overall success of the Branch and Division.
- Distill findings into reports, presentations, and other communication materials that are suitable for the audience for which they are intended.
- Recommend course of action based on analyses.
- Synthesize and communicate complex or technical information for senior leaders.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- University graduation in Business Administration, with 2 years progressively responsible related experience; or equivalent as described below.

**Equivalency**: Directly related education or experience considered on the basis of:

- 1 year of education for 1 year of experience; or
- 1 year of experience for 1 year of education.

**Knowledge / Experience**:

- Knowledge of the ministry’s core businesses goals and objectives; organizational awareness including knowledge of reporting structures.
- Knowledge of procurement rules, standards and processes.
- Understanding of the delivery of capital projects.
- Knowledge of statistics and research (quantitative and qualitative).
- Knowledge of various departmental acts and regulations including Financial Administration Act and Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver messages in a strategic, audience-focused way.
- Strong computer skills, experience and advanced knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).

- Ability to manage priorities, time and stress under high demands.
- Strong interpersonal skills including ability to influence without authority, ability to exercise tact and discretion, and the ability to be assertive and diffuse conflict.
- Previous stakeholder working relationship across Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM), Deputy Minster (DM) and Director offices.
