Bedford, Canada Citadel Fence Full time

Citadel Fence is a fast-moving, growing fence contractor focused on becoming the premier fence installation company in Atlantic Canada. We are looking to add a **Sales Manager** to our team in Bedford, Nova Scotia.

Citadel Fence provides their clients with privacy and protection through the installation of chain-link, ornamental, wood and vinyl fences. Understanding that clients may have unique needs, Citadel collaborates with customers, industry partners and experienced professionals to provide the right product in every situation. Citadel has a culture that challenges its employees to improve, learn new skills and solve issues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Distribute project pictures and testimonials to potential customers
- Create work orders, estimates and contracts
- Negotiate fence installation prices
- Meet with existing and potential clients to build and maintain positive relationships
- Develop a constructive and cooperative working relationships with others
- Travel throughout NS, NB and PEI
- Make fence suggestions based on customers’ needs
- Promote our brand and business initiatives

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales;
- Have completed post-secondary education in sales and marketing;
- Minimum 1 year experience in estimating or project management in construction;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Must be highly organized, driven and have superior math skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
