We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales analysis, including insights into trends, competitive activity, and pricing. You will be tasked with translating complex results into simple conclusions and recommendations to empower the business to take action.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop sales analysis, including insights into trends, competitive activity, and pricing
- Get data from both primary and secondary sources, and maintain data systems
- Spot and analyze patterns in data and identify actionable, business-building insights from data
- Reconcile data reports and results
- Analyze and interpret data with a focus on the accuracy of information
- Organize and visualize data to effectively communicate information to stakeholders from different groups of the organization
- Leverage analytical tools for data consolidation and analysis to drive actionable business outcomes and executive insights
- Monitor the market and customer environment to proactively identify trends and risks, as well as strategies to address opportunities for new products
- Manage daily and weekly commercial reports; review findings and determine performance issues affecting return-on-investment; propose mitigating actions and/or solutions
- Create specialized reports following the instructions and inputs of business leads
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing related results as needed
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with experience using analytical tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data in simple terms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to reconcile data and ensure accuracy
- Experience in the Cannabis industry is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
