- Three year diploma/degree along with three years of progressively responsible and practical work experience in a post-secondary work environment.

**Skills**- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills to provide assistance and liaise with faculty members, students, and administrative staff in a tactful and diplomatic manner;
- The ability to adapt to constant shifts in focus and respond to numerous and unexpected challenges in a timely manner
